Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Virtual Sales Talent Acquisition team with scheduling, candidate management and communications.

You will assist with reports, open houses, and full-cycle recruiting in a dynamic environment. You will collaborate with HR, compensation and facilities, participate in events, manage candidate flow in Workday, and help with offers, onboarding and branding efforts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, supporting high-volume roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred.
• Experience using scheduling tools (Rooster, MS Outlook, Zoom).
• Strong organization, communication, follow-through and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage virtual hiring events, open houses and job fairs.
• Schedule candidate screens and interviews using Outlook/Teams/Zoom/Modern Hire.
• Maintain recruiting reports with accurate updates.
• Represent Travel + Leisure at recruiting events.
• Disposition candidates in Workday ATS and process offers/background checks onboarding.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Virtual Sales Talent Acquisition team with important recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, candidate management and communications, maintaining reports, and providing various administrative support related to the full cycle recruiting and hiring processes. This role will require the ability to juggle multiple tasks with competing priorities, must have a positive and professional demeanor while delivering best in class service to internal and external key stakeholders. This individual will have a high level of personal integrity and standards, and proven ability to manage confidential information. This role will be expected to interact and effectively communicate with a wide variety of departments including; Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Compensation, Call Center leaders, Facilities, etc.

How You'll Shine:

• Coordinate and/or manage all required activities to properly prepare and organize effective virtual hiring events, on site open houses, job fairs, etc. and complete post event tasks
• Schedule candidate phone screens and hiring manager video or in person interviews utilizing various scheduling tools such as; MS Outlook, MS Teams, Modern Hire and Zoom
• Assist with maintaining recruiting reports ensuring accurate and timely updates
• Attend recruiting events and represent the Travel + Leisure brand in a positive manner
• Assist recruiters with managing applicant flow and accurately dispositioning candidates through the various steps in Workday (Applicant Tracking System – ATS)
• Assist recruiters with documenting and processing offers, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding / new hire forms.
• May assist with sourcing and corresponding with passive candidates to continually be adding talent into our recruiting pipeline
• Communicate effectively with candidates after offer acceptance and prior to Day 1 ensuring the candidate remains interested, engaged and excited about their new role with Telesales
• Consistently look for and introduce ways to enhance the employment brand messaging and collateral
• Proactively research, develop and manager candidate generation strategies and employment branding through innovative marketing, social media, community and university involvement.
• Performs other duties as required

What You'll Bring:

• 1 - 2 years of recruitment experience supporting high volume call center positions
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday preferred
• Experience working with scheduling and interviewing tools such as Rooster, MS Outlook, Zoom, etc.
• Must have proven strengths in organization, communication, follow-through, and detail-orientation
• Must have experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Must demonstrate flexibility and be adaptable to change
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Advanced PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
• Must have the ability to train in the Salt Lake City Virtual Sales office for the first two weeks
