Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an outbound sales specialist to engage primary care physicians and healthcare clinics using a virtual pharmaceutical environment.

You will deliver compelling sales presentations and build strong customer relationships while promoting therapeutic products. The role requires 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience, strong prioritization, and compliance; 1+ years in virtual/inside sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 1+ years of virtual/inside sales experience (desired).
• Strong prioritization and planning with adherence to compliance.

Responsibilities

• Execute client-directed outbound calls, emails, and virtual interactions with primary care targets and prospects to deliver sales presentations.
• Develop a daily/weekly call schedule to ensure comprehensive coverage of targets.
• Record information in CRM using the telephony system in line with business rules and training.
• Utilize marketing materials and clinical data designed for the audience.
• Identify and monitor local market conditions to support customer relationships and promote products.
