Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking independently licensed therapists in Virginia to provide high-quality virtual mental health services to students within partner school districts and health plans. You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care.

Minimum 7 client caseload with sessions during Virginia hours; Sunday to Saturday with peak afternoon/evening hours.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist licensed in Virginia (LMFT/LCSW/LPC or equivalent).
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to children and families.
• Comfortable delivering care virtually and using technology in clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children and families.
• Deliver interventions such as CBT and other pediatric modalities.
• Complete timely clinical documentation using our platform.
