Job summary

Hazel Health is expanding its Mental Health team to provide high-quality virtual therapy and medical services to K–12 students across Virginia and beyond. Working with school districts and health plans, you will partner with families, school staff, and other providers to deliver evidence-based care that removes barriers to access.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a therapist in Virginia
• Experience providing psychotherapy to children and families
• Proficient with virtual/teletherapy platforms
• Familiar with evidence-based modalities for pediatrics
• Committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (0–17) and families
• Deliver modalities such as CBT, Exposure Therapy, PMT, PCIT, CPP
• Complete timely clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes)
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings
