Job summary

Hazel Health is expanding access to high-quality mental health care for K–12 students through virtual therapy and school partnerships. We are seeking independently licensed therapists in Virginia to provide evidence-based teletherapy to students within partner districts and health plans.

You will collaborate with families, school staff, and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated, accessible care, delivering services during Virginia hours with a minimum caseload.

Qualifications

• Master’s-level therapist with independent licensure in Virginia (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
• Clinical experience providing psychotherapy to children and families.
• Comfort delivering care virtually and using teletherapy technology.
• Committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (0–17) and their families.
• Deliver modalities such as CBT, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, PMT, PCIT, CPP, and similar approaches.
• Complete timely clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) in the platform.
• Participate in optional weekly case consultation and team meetings.
