Competenze

• Education: High School diploma or the equivalent plus technical skills/training appropriate to the specialty area.
• Licensure/Certification: Texas Nursing Assistant Certification; or
• Medical Assistant Certification from AMT or equivalent

• Constant, real-time video monitoring of assigned patients to enhance safety.
• Verbally redirect patients from engaging in at-risk behaviors and communicate with nursing staff as needed.
• Record observations and document according to safety standards and facility policy.
