Job summary

Inizio Engage is hiring for a patient education support role in the United States. You will provide inbound and outbound non-promotional education on disease states and therapies, while ensuring patient privacy and accurate CRM data entry.

The position involves calling identified customers, using approved materials, attending trainings, and maintaining high service standards across multiple tasks and meetings.

Qualifications

• Current U.S. healthcare professional license (RN, RT).
• Associate degree or higher (BSN preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in respiratory disease state or related field preferred.
• Motivated self-starter with commitment to ongoing learning.
• Experience with call center technology preferred.
• Demonstrated effective communication and professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease state education and support as directed by the client.
• Deliver therapy education and support to identified customers.
• Enter demographic data into CRM for enrollment and documentation.
• Maintain high quality and customer service, following call guides and FAQs.
• Use approved materials only provided by Inizio or client.
• Complete trainings and competency assessments within required timeframes.
• Complete administrative tasks and time reporting on schedule.
• Attend local and national program meetings as required.
• Adhere to company and client policies and training requirements.
• Perform other duties as requested.
• Safeguard patient privacy per HIPAA guidelines in remote settings.
• Return and maintain company equipment as instructed.
