Job summary

Gifthealth is seeking a Patient Education Specialist Lead to oversee a team of Patient Education Specialists and drive exceptional patient experiences. You will mentor staff, oversee nursing functions, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while aligning with Customer Success goals.

The role involves developing educational materials, coordinating cross-functionally, and maintaining quality teaching sessions for patients and clients across hybrid/work-from-home environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing; active RN license.
• Experience leading nursing teams and education programs.
• Proven ability to teach complex health information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Patient Education Specialist team.
• Oversee nursing functions within the team.
• Ensure SOPs, regulatory compliance, and SLAs are met.
• Develop and maintain education materials and curricula.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Pharmacy Operations, and leadership.
