Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a remote, US-based virtual care role. You will deliver high-quality care via video and secure messaging to patients with acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and mental health concerns.

You will order tests, interpret results, prescribe electronically, coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians, and participate in a flexible schedule of four 10-hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Nurse Practitioner must hold a compact nursing license and be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• At least five years of independent patient-care experience as an APP in family/primary/urgent care.
• Experience delivering patient-facing care through digital platforms (telehealth).
• Experience coordinating treatment plans with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to assess symptoms, diagnose, manage treatment, and follow up independently.
• Clear and empathetic communication with patients and colleagues in a virtual setting.
• Comfort using telehealth tools and digital platforms for documentation and care coordination.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care with accurate assessments and coordinated treatment.
• Provide clinical diagnoses using patient history and remote diagnostic tools.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests via digital platforms.
• Prescribe medications electronically and explain usage and safety to patients.
• Offer ongoing care for acute, chronic, and mental health needs via virtual visits.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to coordinate care.
• Identify solutions to virtual care challenges in a digital environment.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically about conditions, options, and next steps.
