Jobgether is listing this opportunity on behalf of a partner company. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant based in the United States to deliver virtual care to patients with acute illness, chronic conditions, and mental health concerns via video visits and secure messaging.

You will assess, diagnose, and manage treatment plans, order tests, prescribe electronically when appropriate, and collaborate with physicians and other providers in a flexible, technology-enabled

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license.
• CP/NP certified or PA licensed in the U.S. with FNP where applicable.
• At least five years of independent patient-care experience in family/primary/urgent care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via virtual visits and secure messaging.
• Develop diagnoses and treatment plans with appropriate follow-up.
• Order, interpret, and monitor lab tests; manage prescriptions electronically.
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
