Jobgether is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the United States for a patient-centered virtual care role. You will conduct video consultations, diagnose acute illnesses, manage chronic conditions, and coordinate care with physicians in a flexible, technology-enabled environment.

You must hold an active APP license (FNP for NPs or PA certification), have at least five years of independent practice, and be proficient with telehealth tools.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted APP license; NP (FNP) or PA certification.
• Minimum five years of independent patient-care experience as an APP.
• Experience delivering care via virtual platforms (telehealth).
• Ability to coordinate treatment plans with physicians and teams.
• English proficiency; bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Available for four 10-hour shifts weekly; 12:00–22:00 local time.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct virtual consultations via video and secure chat to assess symptoms.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and order labs/tests.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other providers.
• Support ongoing care and follow-ups for acute and chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with care team to maintain continuity of care.
• Adapt to virtual care challenges with patient-centered solutions.
