Jobgether seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality virtual care from a US-based location. You will conduct video and secure-message assessments for acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and mental health concerns, developing personalized treatment plans and coordinating tests and follow-ups.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted license as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
• Nurse Practitioner candidates must hold a compact nursing license and be certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
• Five years of independent patient-care experience as an APP in family/primary/urgent care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care via video consultations and secure messaging.
• Provide clinical diagnoses using patient history and remote diagnostic tools.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory tests and treatments; coordinate care plans.
• Prescribe medications electronically when appropriate and explain usage and side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and other APPs to maintain continuity of care.
• Identify practical solutions to virtual care challenges and communicate clearly with patients.
