Job summary

Jobgether's partner company seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant based in the United States to join a patient-centered virtual care team. You will deliver comprehensive care via video visits and secure messaging for acute illnesses, chronic conditions, and mental health, coordinating with physicians and other providers.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, digital tools, and flexible scheduling: four 10-hour shifts weekly, including weekends, MST window 12:00–22:00.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted APP license; FNP certification for NP track.
• Minimum 5 years independent patient-care as an APP in family/primary/urgent care.
• Experience delivering patient-facing care via digital platforms.
• Experience coordinating treatment plans with physicians and teams.
• English proficiency; bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care with accurate assessments and clear guidance.
• Conduct virtual consultations via video and secure chat to identify symptoms.
• Develop and monitor personalized treatment plans and follow-ups.
• Prescribe medications electronically when appropriate and explain use.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to coordinate care.
• Adapt to virtual care challenges and maintain patient communication.
