Job summary

Jobgether is partnering to recruit an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a virtual care role in the United States. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care via video visits and secure messaging in a flexible, technology-enabled environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of APP experience in family/primary/urgent care, a valid, unrestricted license (FNP preferred for NPs), and a compact nursing license.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Advanced Practice Provider license.
• Nurse Practitioner must hold a compact nursing license and be FNP-certified.
• Minimum five years of independent APP patient-care in family/primary/urgent care.
• Experience delivering patient-facing care via digital platforms (telehealth).
• Experience coordinating treatment plans with physicians and care teams.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently in virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive virtual care with accurate assessments and coordinated treatment.
• Conduct virtual consultations to identify symptoms and medical histories.
• Develop and coordinate care plans including orders for labs and follow-ups.
• Prescribe medications electronically when appropriate and explain usage.
• Provide ongoing care via virtual visits and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with physicians and other providers to ensure continuity of care.
