Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts to join our remote, patient-facing neurology and memory care team via telehealth. You will provide direct care, assess patients, develop care plans, and prescribe therapies in collaboration with supervising physicians.

This full-time role emphasizes independence with physician collaboration, clear documentation in the EMR, and strong communication with patients and families dealing with cognitive decline.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts NP license required or eligible.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings.
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills.
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Massachusetts to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.

Key Accountabilities

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
