Local Infusion is seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join our remote, patient-facing care team focused on neurology and memory care. The role involves telehealth delivery, collaborating with physicians to improve access and accelerate treatment.

Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts NP license, have 2+ years in neurology/memory care, and can autonomously manage a patient panel with strong documentation and communication skills.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings.
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills.
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers.

Role Overview: Nurse Practitioner, Neurology and Memory Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Massachusetts to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.
