Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Massachusetts to join our remote-first, patient-facing neurology and memory care team. In this telehealth role, you will deliver direct clinical care to patients, collaborate with physicians, and help increase access to treatment.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, prescribe therapies, educate families, and maintain EMR documentation while working with a nationwide care team.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care.
• Strong clinical judgement and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Massachusetts to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.

Key Accountabilities

• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
