Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner, Neurology and Memory Care, to provide remote, patient-facing care via telehealth in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with physicians to enhance access and accelerate treatment, while educating patients and families and maintaining EMR documentation.

Requires active MA NP license with at least 2 years in neurology/memory care; strong communication with cognitively impaired patients and caregivers is essential.

• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care.
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers.

Role Overview: Nurse Practitioner, Neurology and Memory Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Massachusetts to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.

• Provide direct clinical care to patients with neurological conditions, memory disorders, and/or dementia via telehealth
• Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and manage ongoing treatment in collaboration with supervising physicians including prescribing therapies
• Partner with our neurologist(s) and broader care team to ensure continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and disease progression
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EMR consistent with regulatory requirements

Key Accountabilities

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
