Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Massachusetts to join our virtual care team in a remote, patient-facing role delivering neurology and memory care services via telehealth.

You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and manage treatments in collaboration with supervising physicians, including prescribing therapies, while educating patients and families and documenting in our EMR.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts.
• Certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings.
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers.

ROLE OVERVIEW: NURSE PRACTITIONER, NEUROLOGY AND MEMORY CARE

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Massachusetts to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
