Local Infusion is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join a remote, patient-facing neurology and memory care team in Massachusetts. You will deliver telehealth care, collaborate with physicians, educate patients and families, and maintain EMR documentation to ensure high-quality, accessible care.

Applicants should have an active MA NP license and 2+ years in neurology/memory care, with geriatrics or family practice certification preferred.

Role Overview: Nurse Practitioner, Neurology and Memory Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Massachusetts to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.

Key Accountabilities

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Massachusetts; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
