Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for neurology and memory care in a remote, patient-facing role. You will deliver telehealth care to patients with neurological conditions and dementia, collaborating with physicians to increase access and speed to treatment.

The ideal candidate holds an active Maine NP license, with 2+ years in neurology/memory care, and geriatrics or family practice certification preferred. Strong communication and documentation in EMR are essential.

Role Overview: Nurse Practitioner, Neurology and Memory Care

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in Maine to join our virtual care team. This is a remote, patient-facing clinical role; delivering care to Local Infusion patients and partnering closely with physicians and the broader care team to increase patient access and reduce time to treatment.

Key Accountabilities

• Active, unrestricted NP license in Maine; certification in geriatrics, adult-gerontology, or family practice preferred
• 2+ years of clinical experience in neurology, memory care, and/or dementia care settings
• Strong clinical judgement and clinical documentation skills
• Comfortable managing a full patient panel independently with physician collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with patients facing cognitive decline and their caregivers
