Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a virtual, senior Services Team Customer Leader for North America. You will oversee service fulfillment for key accounts, drive operational excellence, and influence outcomes across multiple teams, including sales and field offices.

This role is fully remote and supports travel up to 10%. The position requires a degree or equivalent experience in project management, HVAC, or related fields, and a strong ability to analyze data, develop reports, and present findings

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or applicable field, or seven years of project management/HVAC or related experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret plans, specifications, and reports; write business communications and present information.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; communicate results clearly.
• Lean methodology knowledge is a plus; open to diverse backgrounds and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality standards of all service operation processes and functions; drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage backlog analysis, WIP, overhead, and resource management to meet objectives.
• Lead transition and rollout meetings with customers and Trane teams for favorable outcomes.
• Monitor processes, measurements, and customer reporting to meet needs and objectives.
• Coordinate with field offices and third‑party providers to obtain quotes, contracts, and results; ensure vendor approvals.
• Serve as liaison between customer, business unit, and service teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth handoffs of projects.
• Conduct performance appraisals of service accounts and identify improvement opportunities.
• Investigate concerns, implement corrective actions, and communicate resolutions to customers.
• Review project measurements and monitor progress through completion.
• Collaborate across business streams to achieve favorable enterprise outcomes.
• Up to 10% travel.
