Trane Technologies is seeking a Service Operations Manager - Key Accounts to lead all activities related to service repair, upgrades, service agreements, and installation for key customer accounts. You will partner with sales to price and quote service work, coordinate field service, and manage a team of service project managers across national operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and customer satisfaction with up to 15% travel, and requires a strong background in HVAC

Qualifications

5+ years experience in HVAC or a related field.
3+ years experience managing and coaching large teams.
Project management skills to oversee and drive successful project execution for startups and customer requests.
Strong leadership with ability to coach, develop and retain talent.

Responsibilities

Assist with P&L prep, provide monthly revenue forecasting, and support service agreement growth.
Manage risk in service work areas to protect margins.
Oversee service coordination to respond to customers and balance technician training with workload.
Develop and train service project managers; drive continuous improvement in performance and training programs.
Manage expense budgets for the service PM team and ensure PM processes meet SLAs for key accounts.
Collaborate with sales to price service agreements and coordinate field service across regions.
Travel up to 15% to support customer needs and field operations.
