Charlie Health is seeking clinicians with a Masters in mental health to deliver remote group therapy for adolescents and young adults. You will facilitate sessions, review curricula, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality care.

The role emphasizes evening/weekend availability, telehealth proficiency, and a strong commitment to ethical guidelines and client engagement. A 1099, part-time arrangement is offered with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Requires a Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Versed in modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR); MI certification a plus.
• Strong group treatment skills and engaging delivery over video.
• Able to work effectively in a team and meet 24-hour documentation timelines.

Responsibilities

• Onboard within 2 weeks of start.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check-in.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in Treatment Team.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
