Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring licensed mental health professionals to deliver remote, group-based telehealth services for adolescents and young adults. You will facilitate sessions, using a range of modalities, and collaboratively supervise with clinical leadership.

The role emphasizes engaging, relational care, strong tech setup, and reliability in delivering consistent group treatment across schedules including late afternoons and evenings.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiar with DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus.
• Creative and engaging, especially over video.
• Reliable WIFI for telehealth sessions.
• Comfort with cloud-based communication tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with Group Quality Supervisor or Director for check-ins.
• Facilitate groups for adolescents and young adults using updated curriculum.
• Facilitate sessions with groups across age cohorts and modalities.
• Maintain client engagement and camera-on participation.
• Complete documentation within 24 hours per standards.
• Collaborate with care team and adhere to policies.
