Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking clinicians with a Master’s degree in mental health to provide remote telehealth group services for adolescents and young adults. You will work with a warm, relational clinical team, delivering sessions across modalities and collaborating with care teams.

The part-time 1099 role requires availability in late afternoons/evenings (3-8pm MT) and Saturdays, with strong documentation and telehealth proficiency. Comprehensive benefits apply to full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience with youth and young adults.
• Proficient in telehealth and group therapy delivery.
• Familiar with multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus).

Responsibilities

• Onboard within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet with your Group Quality Supervisor or Director at least 1x/month for check-in.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review the curriculum aligned to group assignment prior to group start time.
• Arrive ~10 minutes early to scheduled group time and facilitate all groups for the hour.
• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using current curriculum.
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts, including Integrative curriculum and Wellness Hour as needed.
• Foster client engagement and camera-on culture throughout the session.
• Follow all operational policies and procedures per Charlie Health standards.
• Participate in Treatment Team and Group Supervision sessions.
• Work collaboratively with Primary Therapists, Care Experience Specialists and Care Coaches.
• Communicate clearly with clients, staff, families, agencies, and referents.
• Monitor treatment documentation to meet 24-hour note deadlines.
• Maintain professional ethics and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.
