Charlie Health Clinical is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote telehealth group sessions for adolescents and young adults. You will facilitate therapeutic groups, integrate evidence-based modalities, and work within a supportive care team to deliver meaningful mental health care from home.

Applicants should have a Master's degree in mental health, experience with youth, and comfort with telehealth platforms.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field is required.
• Experience working with youth/young adults.
• Proficient in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI a plus).

Responsabilités

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Monthly check-in with supervisor/director.
• Respond to email/Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum prior to group start times.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour and maintain engagement.
• Collaborate with care teams and adhere to policies.
• Document notes within required 24-hour window.
