Job summary

Charlie Health Clinical is hiring exceptional candidates with a Masters degree in mental health to provide remote, telehealth group services for adolescents and young adults. We’re eager to work with forward‑thinking mental health professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

Candidates will facilitate diverse modalities, collaborate with care teams, and maintain documentation; part-time 1099 role with evening/weekend availability and telehealth tech

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• - Masters in mental health related field with clinical training preferred.
• - Experience facilitating groups with youth and young adults.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Meet monthly with supervisor/director for check-ins.
• Respond to emails and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups for the full hour and arrive early.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and updated curricula.
• Engage clients and foster camera-on participation.
• Collaborate with care teams and other leadership.
• Maintain timely and compliant treatment documentation.
• Adhere to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Other duties as assigned.
