Job summary

Charlie Health is hiring clinicians with a Masters degree in mental health to deliver remote, telehealth group therapy to adolescents and young adults. You will join a warm clinical team and bring expertise across modalities to better support clients.

The role is part-time, 1099, with afternoon/evening hours (3–8pm MT) and Saturday shifts, requiring strong video engagement and reliable internet. Training and state background checks are provided by Charlie Health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Experience facilitating groups in a telehealth setting.
• Able to run effective telehealth sessions and create engaging groups.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check-ins.
• Respond to communications within 48 hours.
• Facilitate groups and follow Charlie Health curriculum.
• Maintain notes within 24 hours and per standards.
• Collaborate with care team and adhere to policies.
