Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking clinicians with a Master’s degree in mental health to provide remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults.

The role is part-time 1099, requiring evening/weekend availability and experience delivering group treatment via video platforms. Candidates should be well versed in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI a plus) and comfortable using cloud‑based tools to document care and collaborate with the care team while maintaining high

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Familiarity with modalities: DBT, CBT, EMDR; MI certification a plus.
• Strong group treatment skills with engaging telehealth delivery.
• Able to work in a team and on a schedule including evenings.

Responsabilités

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks.
• Meet monthly with supervisor for check‑in.
• Promptly respond to emails/Slack (48h).
• Review curriculum before group start.
• Facilitate groups for one hour, on time.
• Follow Charlie Health group practices and curriculum.
• Collaborate with care team and participate in supervision.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
