Job summary

Charlie Health is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide remote, telehealth group therapy for adolescents and young adults. The role emphasizes relational, evidence-based modalities and flexible evening hours.

Successful candidates will have a Master’s degree in a mental health field, experience with youth, and comfort delivering groups via telehealth with a collaborative care team across care settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mental health or related field required.
• Experience working with youth and young adults.
• Fluency in multiple modalities (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI) and group treatment.
• Strong telehealth facilitation and video engagement skills.
• Reliable connectivity and ability to use cloud-based tools daily.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding within 2 weeks of start date.
• Attend monthly check-ins with Group Quality Supervisor/Director.
• Respond to email and Slack within 48 hours.
• Review curriculum before group start time.
• Facilitate groups for the hour and maintain engagement.
• Follow Charlie Health best practices and curriculum updates.
• Collaborate with care team and other clinicians.
• Document notes within 24 hours per standards.
• Uphold ethics and confidentiality.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
