Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive virtual relationships with customers and employers.
• Ability to work in diverse settings with culturally diverse customers.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks in a performance oriented environment.
• Ability to motivate customers toward goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual follow-up services to designated former participants to ensure employment success and retention.
• Engage unemployed follow-up customers in a job search plan/activities to obtain employment.
• Engage customers at risk of job loss in retention and/or employment search activities.
• Provide referrals to support customer retention needs.
• Re-engage non-responsive customers and document outcomes.
• Enter post-program employment and education data into the state’s system.
