Career TEAM is looking to hire a Follow-Up Specialist to provide professional follow-up services to individuals previously served by the Funding Source and Location. Services provided will include retention services, referrals, career ladder counseling, re-employment job search services, and related documentation and data entry into the state’s program management system. This role will be performed under the Center Manager.
