Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain positive virtual relationships with former job seekers and employers.
• Ability to work with a culturally diverse customer base and be culturally sensitive.
• Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks in a performance-oriented environment.
• Ability to be a role model and motivate customers toward goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual follow-up services to designated former participants to ensure employment success and retention.
• Engage follow-up customers in a job search plan to obtain employment.
• Identify at-risk customers and support retention and job search activities.
• Provide referrals to support customers’ retention needs.
• Re-engage non-responsive customers and document outcomes.
• Verify post-participation employment status in the state system.
• Follow follow-up frequency policies and complete required reports.
