Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular monthly contact with customers for 12 months after program completion to assess status and satisfaction.
• Monitor progress and follow up to support job placement efforts.
• Coordinate with training providers and employers to obtain credentials and placement data.
• Create and run reports (Retention, Earnings, Credential, Entered Employment) to track outcomes.
