Job summary

WithCoverage is hiring a Virtual Events Lead to build and own a comprehensive program from scratch. You will design strategy, calendar, production, promotion, and reporting for webinars, summits, and roundtables that generate leads and deepen client relationships, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops and engaging executives inside and outside our client base.

You’ll own flagship franchises, drive a strong promotion engine across email, LinkedIn, and partnerships, and ensure

Qualifications

4+ years in B2B events, integrated marketing, demand generation, or field marketing with full ownership of a program.
Fluent in the B2B funnel; optimize for pipeline, not just registrations.
Strong writing with creative instincts for formats and audience acquisition.
Hands-on with event platforms and CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication with vendors and internal teams.
Comfortable working with C-suite executives.
Comfortable with design tools for promo collateral (Canva/Figma).
Ships fast and uses AI tools daily.

Responsibilities

Build the program from zero: end-to-end strategy, calendar, production, promotion, and reporting.
Launch flagship franchises and recurring webinars.
Generate pipeline with registration, attendance, and lead targets; be measured on revenue.
