Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Regional Event Marketing and Virtual Event Specialist to drive end-to-end virtual and live events across the Americas, including summits, webinars, and executive briefings. You will coordinate cross-functional campaigns, calendars, and email touchpoints with Field Marketing, Sales, Channel, and Integrated Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B marketing and event marketing experience.
• Hands-on management of virtual and live events, webinars, and hospitality.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple programs.
• Willingness to travel 10%+ and adapt to fast-paced event execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end coordination for virtual programs including virtual customer experiences, webinars, and hospitality activations.
• Coordinate event campaign creation with field marketing on sales enablement; collaborate on landing pages and email schedules.
• Serve as central hub across marketing teams for timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Own the regional marketing calendar aligned with the AMER plan.
• Track program performance across attendee engagement, pipeline influence, and brand sentiment.
• Develop post-event insights and recommendations to elevate the event portfolio.
