Job summary

Conveo is seeking an Events Lead to own on-the-ground US event execution, from booth setup to post-event follow-ups. You will manage multiple conferences and activations across US cities, secure speaking slots, and organize VIP dinners to deepen enterprise relationships.

You will work closely with marketing and sales, plan virtual events, and ensure events generate measurable pipeline. This role focuses on building Conveo’s US footprint with autonomy in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing with hands-on execution ownership.
• Track record of delivering 10+ events per year across conferences, owned events, and activations.
• Based in New York or willing to relocate; 30–40% US travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end on-the-ground execution: booth setup, merch, logistics, travel, vendor management, on-site coordination.
• Manage multiple events running in parallel across different US cities.
• Secure speaking slots and panel positions to position Conveo at industry conversations.
• Organize VIP dinners, roundtables, and side-events to deepen relationships with enterprise prospects.
• Build repeatable checklists and vendor processes to scale quality with volume.
• Run and grow virtual events and activations.
