Job summary

Georgia Connections Academy in Duluth, GA is seeking a Certified Elementary Teacher to support K-12 students through high-quality virtual instruction and in-person activities across Georgia. You will deliver synchronous and asynchronous lessons, monitor progress with data, and collaborate with families, teachers, and support staff.

A Georgia teaching certificate and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a Georgia teaching certification in the subject area of instruction.
• Must obtain a Georgia Clearance Certificate within the first 30 days of hire.
• Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; highly organized and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality synchronous instruction and create asynchronous resources aligned to curriculum.
• Provide differentiated instruction and interventions within MTSS/RTI frameworks.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure student accommodations are implemented.
• Use data to diagnose learning needs, plan instruction, and monitor progress.
