Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality synchronous instruction and create asynchronous resources aligned to curriculum and state standards.
• Provide Tier 1 differentiated instruction and plan Tier 2/3 interventions within MTSS/RTI.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations with fidelity.
• Use data to diagnose needs, plan instruction, monitor progress, and adjust strategies.
• Maintain knowledge of courses and K–12 curriculum pathways.
• Build relationships with students and families to support engagement.
• Administer and provide feedback on assessments and maintain records.
