Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the content area or related field and Georgia teaching certification.
• Active Georgia teaching certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Experience delivering virtual instruction and using data to drive student learning.
• Strong technology skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Deliver synchronous instruction and create asynchronous resources aligned to curriculum and standards.
• Provide differentiated instruction and MTSS/RTI interventions.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement accommodations with fidelity.
• Use assessment data to diagnose needs, plan instruction, and monitor progress.
• Maintain knowledge of courses and K–12 curriculum pathways.
• Engage families and maintain timely communications regarding progress.
