Job summary

Pomelo Care is a leading virtual medical practice for women and children, delivering 24/7 clinical care with technology to reach patients earlier and personalize care across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, menopause and perimenopause. We’re building a network of experienced birth and full-spectrum doulas to educate and guide families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role.

Qualifications

• Certification and training as birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
• Experience working as a doula with pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication to connect with diverse families both virtually and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Help improve birth outcomes by providing support and empowerment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow privacy, quality, and compliance standards in Pomelo’s services.
