Job summary

Pomelo Care seeks doulas to join a growing network serving families across pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. You will educate and guide clients, provide compassionate support, and maintain precise documentation for every visit.

As an independent contractor, you control your schedule, work virtually or in-person, and coordinate with Pomelo on credentialing, billing, and client matching to maximize timely payments and clinical impact.

Qualifications

• Certification as birth and/or full-spectrum doula required.
• Experience as a doula with pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum recovery preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Support families to improve birth outcomes and feel empowered.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo services.
