Qualifications

• Certification as a birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
• Experience as doula with pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and postpartum recovery.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse families.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Contribute to improved birth outcomes by providing informed support.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for visits and birth support.
• Follow privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo services.
