Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking experienced birth and full-spectrum doulas to join our nationwide network. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, allowing virtual and in-person support, including evenings and weekends.

You will provide compassionate guidance to families, maintain documentation, and participate in credentialing steps to begin working with Pomelo clients. As part of our network, you’ll benefit from client matching, billing and administrative support, and a flexible practice.

Qualifications

• Certified birth and/or full-spectrum doula.
• Experience supporting pregnancy, birth, postpartum.
• Strong verbal and written communication with diverse families.
• Comfort using telehealth, video calls, and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Educate and guide families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
• Help improve birth outcomes by providing supportive care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation for visits.
