Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct one-on-one nutrition visits via video, work with a multi-disciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs while maintaining high clinical standards.

The role is a 1099 independent contractor with the autonomy to set your schedule, supported by onboarding incentives and comprehensive administrative support to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD or RDN and license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team for cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
