Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual nutrition care for midlife and menopause transitions. You will set your own schedule while joining a multi-specialty care team to provide cohesive, evidence-based nutrition therapy.

You will conduct synchronous video visits, document thoroughly, and collaborate with medical providers and therapists to drive improved patient outcomes in a flexible, 1099 role.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD/Nutritionist (RDN) with US license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaboration in multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to align care plans and outcomes.
• Lead patients through multi-week programs to support lifestyle changes and wellbeing.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone/gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
