Job summary

Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct telehealth visits, collaborate with a medical provider and therapist, and guide patients through multi-week programs focusing on metabolic and bone health.

This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling, onboarding bonus of $250 after first visit, and compensation per active visit hour.

Qualifications

• National certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with a US state license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for midlife and menopausal patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, bone health, and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold clinical, privacy, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
