Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking a registered dietitian to deliver virtual nutrition care through telehealth, focusing on midlife and menopausal transitions. You will join a multi-disciplinary team, providing evidence-based counseling and coordinating care with a medical provider and therapist.

You will work as an independent contractor, setting your own schedule with a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours weekly, and you will be compensated on a per-visit basis ($60–$70 per active visit hour) with an

Qualifications

• RD/RDN certification and state license to practice in any US state.
• Licenses in multiple states are encouraged.
• At least 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Commit to at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and communication with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits delivering one-on-one nutrition care.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty care team for cohesive care plans.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to drive lifestyle changes.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health and bone health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Uphold privacy and compliance standards for visits.
