Pomelo Care is expanding its network of registered dietitians to deliver expert virtual care for midlife and menopausal transitions. You will conduct video visits, work with a multi-disciplinary team, and guide patients through multi-week programs focused on metabolic health, bone health, and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• National RD license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of evidence-based nutrition counseling experience.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.

Responsabilités

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutrition care for patients.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure a cohesive care plan.
• Partner with patients over multi-week programs to support sustainable lifestyle changes.
